About Patty

Patty is an experienced business professional with more than 20 years as a management consultant in both the US and Europe, serving many Fortune 100 clients across various industries. She brings a strategic perspective to business solutions and to her approach in enforcing judgments. She has a strong analytical and open minded method to understanding the cases she is enforcing. This allows Patty to find ways to successfully enforce a judgment that may have seemed difficult or impossible.

For the past 5 years Patty has worked with the Judgment Institute and has become known for her expertise in effectively executing debtor exams. Her finesse and quick thinking when interacting with many different types of people has led to her to find assets when it seemed that a Judgment Debtor had none. Not only does Patty draw on her management consulting background to provide strategic planning for the Judgment Institute, but she is also one of the lead trainers in educating new judgment enforcement professionals at the Judgment Institute.

Patty enforces cases in different areas such as Unlawful Detainer (UD), Civil Limited, Civil Unlimited, Small Claims and Federal judgments.

Patty holds an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA along with a BS in Business Administration from USC. She also completed an MBA international exchange program at ESADE University in Barcelona, SPAIN.
